Singers dream of writing one song so powerful that it plays into the ears and hearts of millions.

The speakers for the weekend sessions will be Scott Dawson, Ed Newton, Joey Hill, and The Skit Guys!

We are registered for the Omega group sessions at the Country Tonight venue with Finding Favour as our worship leaders for the weekend.

The concert on Sunday night will be Rend Collective opening and Lecrae headlining:

Alien Youth Army students: Registration is now CLOSED for this event.  Registered students will be receiving a permission slip/medical form to be filled out by a parent on legal guardian.  Because we are traveling out of state, these forms must be notarized.  We will have a notary on hand Sunday January 11, 2015 and Wednesday night January 14th.  It is imperative that the forms be filled out and notarized.  No student will be allowed on the bus to leave without turning in the form.

As per our annual tradition, we will be staying in cabins at the Covered Bridge Resort.

Ladies, you will be staying in the Mountain Creek Lodge:

Guys, you will be staying in the Majestic Inn.  There isn’t a game system in there, so I will most likely bring an Xbox 360 with me.  If you have permission to do so, you can bring some games or controllers.  You must be responsible for your own games and such if you don’t give them to a leader to secure for you.  This does have Wi-Fi as well as a huge outdoor deck area.

DEPARTURE:

We will be leaving Corinth Baptist Church at 10:00 am on Saturday January 17, 2015.  We will be in two buses and the Miller’s will be taking their van.

FOOD:

Meals throughout the weekend will be your responsibility.  To keep costs down we will be eating at places that have a $1 menu or value menus. We will stop for lunch on the way up and then we will grab something quick before our evening session.  There will be ready to go breakfast items available (fruit, danishes, pop-tarts, cereal bars, etc.) for a quick breakfast.  We’ll also provide some snacks as well as drinks in the cabins.  You are welcome to bring your own snacks if you like.

RETURNING:

Our last session is Monday morning and should finish about 12:30pm.  We will leave for home following that session.  We will stop to eat lunch on the way home.  Arrival time will be approx 6:00pm.

Personal items are your responsibility unless specifically given to a leader to secure for you.
