Here is an email that went out to youth leaders concerning the Grassroutes Tour Concert for Sunday night of Impact. It doesn’t really change our plans, but thought I pass on the information just the same. I’m actually pretty excited about the change. Not that Andy Cherry not being there is good, but this is a great alternative.
We just found out today around 5:00 PM ET that Andy Cherry will not be able to make our event due to some unforeseen circumstances. While the tour is currently looking for another supporting artist, we are working out the details of how we will fill the void.
We are currently planning for Ashes Remain front-man and worship leader Josh Smith to lead an acoustical set. We will also have a time of testimony, given by another member of Ashes Remain, with an invitation likely led by Josh all before Ashes Remain takes the stage as a whole…
While I never like the idea of advertising one thing and then presenting another, I must admit that I am a little excited about the change…
