On Dec. 14, 2013 at an Oshkosh, Wisconsin Walmart, one of the Salvation Army’s iconic red kettles was stolen from the store. We aren’t sure, but it’s quite possible that’s why this mystery man showed up at the same Walmart nine days later with this heartwarming sign.
According to The Northwestern: The Salvation Army reported Saturday, Dec. 14, that a Red Kettle outside of Walmart, 351 S. Washburn St., had been stolen. A driver who was picking up the kettles at the end of the day discovered that the kettle was missing. Full article here
“Are you kidding me…. This man is AWESOME in front of the Oshkosh Walmart in the falling snow Merry Christmas all!” Sofia Way, who took a photo of the man and posted it on Facebook, wrote.
Hat’s off to our Mystery Man for being not only generous with his blessings, but for pure awesomeness as well. And with that, the Grinch’s heart grew three sizes that day.
